My suite, C-204, features a living room/kitchenette, private covered deck, balcony, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Limited to those few suites like Suite C-204 with the "L" floorplan, the master bedroom and its balcony and the living room and its private covered deck all face the Long Island Sound.
The suite is located within The Cliffside Resort Condominiums at Greenport, New York at 61475 North Road (Route 48). Each of the 68 condominium suites are individually owned and maintained.

Cliffside Resort is the newest and largest resort on the North Fork of Long Island with 68 luxury suites.
If you need more than one suite or if my suite is not available, call me and I will be happy to refer you to one or more of my neighbors who are members of The Cliffside Resort Homeowners Association or their rental agents who can accomodate your needs for multiple suite reservations for small to large events. I am not the rental agent for, nor do I represent, any other suite owners; however, I share with my fellow homeowners association members a common interest in the overall success of the resort.
My Waters Edge luxury suite, Suite C-204, in the waterfront Captain's Roost Building, is on the second floor. The unobstructed views of the Long Island Sound and Connecticut from the master bedroom and its balcony, as well as from the living room and its separate private covered deck, are breathtaking. The deck is to the left and the master suite balcony is in the center of the picture above.
The master bedroom of Suite C-204 has two sliding glass doors, one leading to the balcony and one leading to the private covered deck. Only a limited number of units have a master bedroom with two screened sliding glass doors that let the light and sea breeze pour in and a balcony that faces the water, even less of these units are in the waterfront Water's Edge buildings.
You can even enjoy the magnificent water views from the living room pullout couch.
You will love the romantic sunsets from the balcony off of the master bedroom. My suite offers la crème de la crème, one of the best all season waterfront views to the west in the entire resort.
Feel the sense of romance and privacy in Suite C-204, which is enhanced by the separation of the Captain's Roost Building from the reception building, pool area and the other waterfront building.
Take the stairs to the beach which are located just yards away from the rear stairway of Suite C-204. At approximately twenty feet above sea level, you will appreciate that the bluff is just the right height to offer both fabulous panoramic views and access to the beach below.
